Meeting dates for 2011/2012 ~ note the time for evening meetings is 7 pm, and most meetings will be held at the Extension Office Annex unless otherwise listed.

21 September 2011 – Third Wednesday of the month. 7 pm at the Extension Office Annex.

19 October 2011 –NO MEETING

16 November 2011 – Third Wednesday of the month. Same place, same time.

December 2011 – NO MEETING

18 January 2012 – Third Wednesday of the month. Same place, same time.

15 February 2012 – Third Wednesday of the month. Same place, same time. OPTIONAL

21 March 2012 – Third Wednesday of the month. This meeting will very likely be at the Fire Station.

18 April 2012 – Third Wednesday of the month. Back at the Extension Office Annex.

28 April 2012 – This is the walk through at the Fairgrounds and will begin at 9 am. Very important for you all to be there. Dress appropriately.

May 5th and 6th are the dates for the Spring Garden Fair. 2012 is a Leap Year.

16 May 2012 – Third Wednesday of the month. 7 pm at the Extension Office Annex. This is the wrap-up meeting for the fair.

Note: We will not have a meeting in October, December or February unless needed.
